Apple recently pushed out the latest update to OS X Mountain Lion, version 10.8.5, which includes several new fixes.
According to the change log obtained by 9to5Mac, improvements include an update to Mail that fixes how messages are displayed, file transfer improvements over 802.11ac Wi-Fi networks, a screen saver fix, improvements to transferring large files over an Ethernet connection and more. As always, Tech Lyfe suggests keeping your operating system updated to the most recent version. The reason for this is so you have all of the bug fixes, security fixes and improvements.
Apple didn’t talk about OS X Mavericks at all during its recent introduction of the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c. This again leads to this topic being discussed during an event in the next month or so. We will for sure know details on a public release but in the mean time, it’s still moving its way through beta releases.
